AI-Native Workforce University is a program operated by Lyearn. Your account, enrollment, and learning activity are collected and processed by Lyearn, so your information is governed by the Lyearn Privacy Policy, the binding document for how it is handled.

- Operated by Lyearn. AI-Native Workforce University runs entirely on Lyearn's platform; Lyearn collects and processes your data as the platform provider.
- What's collected. Your name, email, and account details; enrollment and payment information (payments handled by Stripe); learning activity such as module progress, assessment results, and time spent; and standard usage data like IP, browser, and device.
- How it's secured. Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), with role-based access, alignment to ISO/IEC 27001 principles and OWASP ASVS, and annual third-party security assessments.
- Your rights. Access, correct, export, or delete your data, restrict processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email compliance@lyearn.com.
- Never sold. Lyearn does not sell your personal information or share it with third parties.
